About our fearless leader...
The Man. The Myth. The Legend.
When I was younger, I was taken in by an Asian family who owned a Japanese steak house. They allowed me to live in their chef house and trained me the ways of Teppanyaki, aka Hibachi. After I finish college I continued working as a Tepan chef for many years and eventually opened my own restaurant. I always desired to travel, so I started what I believe the be the first mobile Hibachi food truck in 2011. The idea was a hit and customers went crazy for the cuisine. Over the years we have worked fairs, food truck rallies, and many concerts. I have found my best niche to be festivals and large music events. Japanese Flair is at just about all major music festivals in Florida and hope to be at all major shows nationwide in the next 5 years. We currently have vendor contracts at the Tampa amphitheater, Orlando Amphitheater, Coca and some in St. Augustine as well as most all shows at Suwanee Music park. We pride ourselves on our quality cuisine and commitment to excellence. Thank you for your time and consideration and look forward to building our working relationship together.


Our Story
In 2011 Japanese Flair was created and is considered what many have called it to be; "The Originator of Mobile Hibachi." The idea was a hit and customers went crazy for the cuisine and the Flair of chefs preparing it. Over the years we have worked County fairs, food truck rallies, Art shows, concerts and many other large events. We have found our best niche to be festivals and large music events. Japanese Flair is at just about all major music festivals in Florida, and hopes to be at all major shows nationwide in the next 5 years. We currently have vendor contracts at the Tampa amphitheater, Orlando Amphitheater, Coca Beach and some in St. Augustine. When we are not at Florida amphitheater, we be found at just about all shows at Suwanee Music park where our heart will forever live! We pride ourselves on our quality cuisine, homemade sauces, hand cut foods and commitment to excellence.
